Gifted and talented students are encouraged to participate in extra-curricular activities and to represent the college in individual and team sports. Further extension projects include exploring rules regulations and scoring systems of different sports and to investigate different jobs / vocations available in the sporting world. At lunchtime and after school, students can attend a variety of PE related sports and activities.

The aim is to foster positive and enthusiastic participation in a wide of sports and activities. This is a non-examination course. It is, however, a compulsory element of Key Stage 4 under the requirements of the National Curriculum, details can be found here.
