Computer Science Key Stage 4

At Key Stage 4 students have the option to study for the AQA GCSE in Computer Science. This popular course builds on the skills gained at KS3 and goes into greater depth through a more in depth look at computational thinking and algorithm design.

Further details regarding this course, which is the equivalent to two GCSEs, can be found in the Key Stage 4 Courses booklet.

Computer Science Key Stage 5

At Key Stage 5 we offer a choice of Computer Science at both AS and A2 and also the OCR Introductory Diploma in IT providing a more vocational pathway for our students looking to leap headfirst into the world of IT with a broad range of IT skills for business.

Please refer to the ‘Sixth Form website for details‘ for further details.
