I took up post as Headteacher at the start of the summer term 2010 and am delighted to have the opportunity to lead such a good school. Felpham Community College has firm foundations and many strengths, a great team of staff and enthusiastic and positive students.

Our vision for the future incorporates innovation and the best of traditional school characteristics. At Felpham we believe that a good education is founded on simple principles: a calm and purposeful learning environment, excellent student behaviour, a strong school uniform and the recruitment of outstanding staff who work hard together at delivering an exciting curriculum.

Every child deserves an education that inspires them to reach their full potential and flourish. In order to provide an outstanding learning experience we provide a rich and flexible curriculum, ensure we are at the forefront of technological developments and work in partnership with parents and carers to provide the necessary support and guidance.

We live in changing times, but some things need to remain constant. An excellent local school should be available for all children and that is our aim for Felpham.
